WHAT MAKES UP THE KILLER REWARDS PROGRAM?
Membership costs nothing and includes:
- Free single fries at sign up. Please note, one time offer per person.
- Mystery Box unlocked with every purchase.
- Free dessert on member’s birthday month
- Access to member-only offers throughout the year
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?
There are 3 easy ways to redeem your Killer Rewards:
- Mobile App – Add regular menu item to cart, apply reward discount at check out screen.
- Dine in – Tell our crew member your phone number before you finish placing your order.
- Online – Sign into your account before placing order. Add regular menu item to cart, apply reward discount at check out screen.
HOW DO I ENSURE I EARN REWARDS EACH VISIT?
- Mobile App Orders– simply login in and begin order
- Online Orders – sign into account (top right corner of ordering menu) before completing order.
- Dine In – Tell our crew member your phone number before you finish placing your order.
CAN I STACK REWARDS IN ONE VISIT
Yes! As of Jan 1, 2026 you can now stack rewards that you’ve earned.
HOW LONG ARE MY REWARDS GOOD FOR?
Mystery Boxes need to be opened within 24 hours of receiving.
Free Item Rewards are good for 30 days after issue unless otherwise specified.
Exception of Birthday rewards – which are good for 14 days. Please see individual offers for expiry date.
I HAD POINTS AND REWARDS ON THE OLD REWARDS PLATFORM, WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM?
As of September 2025, our rewards program is no longer a point based program.
We now offer a Mystery Box for every purchase of $12 or more. Mystery Boxes need to be opened within 24 hours of receiving.
